JPG to PDF converter
Drop your JPG photos below and download a PDF: one file per photo, or all of them in a single PDF with one page per photo. The photos go into the PDF exactly as they are, nothing is re-compressed, and nothing is uploaded.
How to convert JPEG to PDF
- Add your photos. Drag JPG files onto the box above, or tap Choose files. Add them in the order you want the pages.
- Pick the page. Same as the image makes each page the size of its photo. A4 or US Letter fits the photo on a standard sheet, turning the page sideways for landscape photos.
- Download. Each row gives a PDF of that photo; Download all in one PDF puts every photo in a single file, in the order of the list.
Files in another format are listed with a short reason and a link to the right converter, and the rest of the batch carries on.
What this converter does with your JPG
A PDF can contain JPEG pictures directly: the format has a built-in JPEG decoder, so the converter removes EXIF and comment blocks, then embeds the compressed picture data without re-encoding it. The compressed picture data is unchanged, at the full resolution, and the PDF is hardly larger than the photos themselves.
The only photos that are re-encoded are the rare ones a PDF cannot hold as they are: CMYK JPEGs from print workflows, and photos whose orientation is stored as a tag rather than in the pixels, which would otherwise come out sideways. Those are redrawn the right way up at 92% quality.
Why convert JPG to PDF?
Because the other side asks for a document. Expense claims want receipts as one PDF, not twelve photos. School and university portals, job applications, insurance claims, visa forms and government sites often accept PDF only, or one file only. A PDF also keeps a set of photos in a fixed order, prints on standard paper without a dialog asking how to scale, and opens on any device without a photo app.
For a scanned document photographed with your iPhone, A4 or Letter with a small margin looks like a scan. For photos you want to view, Same as the image keeps them without white borders.
What the PDF keeps, and what it leaves out
- Kept: the full picture at its original resolution and quality, the colors, and the order you added the photos in.
- Left out: the camera details, date taken and location (EXIF) stay in your JPG files but are not written into the PDF.
- Page size: with Same as the image, the page measures the photo at 96 pixels per inch, so a 4032 × 3024 photo becomes a 42 × 31.5 inch page. Viewers show it fitted to the window; printers scale it to the paper.

Your photos stay on your device
Most online JPG to PDF converters upload your photos to a server, build the PDF there and send it back. This one does not: your browser reads the files from your disk, writes the PDF in memory and saves it to your downloads folder. No server ever receives your files, and nothing is kept once you close the page. It is the same promise we make in our iPhone app, PrunePic: it reviews your photos on the iPhone itself and never uploads them.
Making a PDF of a receipt or a document?
Photograph it flat, in daylight, with the whole page in the frame, and crop the edges first with our image cropper so the PDF shows the paper, not the table. If the portal has a size limit, run the photos through the image compressor before making the PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Is the JPG to PDF converter free?
Yes. It is free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on the number of photos, because it runs in your browser rather than on a server we would have to pay for.
Can I put several JPG photos in one PDF?
Yes. Add as many photos as you like, in the order you want the pages, and tap Download all in one PDF. Each row also offers a separate PDF of that photo.
Does converting JPG to PDF lose quality?
No. The JPEG data is copied into the PDF without re-compression, so the picture in the PDF is identical to the original photo. Only CMYK JPEGs and photos with a rotation tag are redrawn, at 92% quality.
How do I change the order of the pages?
Pages follow the order of the list, which is the order you added the files in. Tap Clear and add the photos again in the right order, or add them one at a time.
Why is my PDF so large?
Because the photos are kept at full quality: a PDF of ten 4 MB photos is about 40 MB. To make it smaller, compress or resize the photos first with the image compressor, then convert the smaller JPGs.
Can I convert HEIC or PNG to PDF too?
Yes, with the HEIC to PDF and PNG to PDF converters, which work the same way. The image converter takes every format at once.
